Jeff Alsey founded The Forms Outlet, Inc. in 1986.

Jeff Alsey started as a print broker, and worked out of his house -- using his family dining table as a desk and the garage to store forms. He found a printer that he could work with, and with $125.00 in his pocket and a month late on the rent, he went out looking for jobs to print. Within six months he moved into a 120 square foot office.

In 1989, Jeff bought his own place at 2209 El Camino Avenue. Within two years, he purchased the company's first printing press. Since then, The Forms Outlet has had several presses.

Our latest addition is a fully automated Hamada H248, which was purchased in October 1999. Nowadays, The Forms Outlet specializes in full color printing, and our small family-owned business will continue to focus on the personalized service which has kept us on top all these years.


Our Awards

In January 1997, the Sacramento Club of Printing House Craftsmen held the annual Gallery of Superb Printing. Due to a hectic holiday season, The Forms Outlet, Inc. was able to prepare only four pieces to enter in the competition. Apparently we chose well, since three of the four took honors. In the Single Color Labels division we claimed first place.

Our other two awards, a second and a third, were both for four color process pieces, proving that The Forms Outlet, Inc. is more than just forms. With awards for labels, business cards, and table tents, the word is out.
